Mobile Application Developer
We are looking for a passionate individual to help us develop and maintain mobile applications for the iPhone and iPad platforms. You will participate on all stages of the development life cycle, from initial mockups, writing code and architecture to final deployment into the app store. This is a great opportunity to join a team with existing succesful mobile applications in the market and big plans for the future.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Designing and building applications for iPhone and iPad
- Writing effective and highly reusable code
- Collaborating with other developers and designers to integrate functions into new and
exisitng applications
- Fixing bugs and enhancing exising applications
About you:
- You have strong Object Oriented Programming skills
- You have solid knowledge of the Objective-C programming language
- You have previous experience developing applications for iOS devices
- You have knowledge about RESTful services
- You understand the entire mobile development lifecycle
- You are familiar with other programming laguanges like Ruby or Java
- You have designed and implemented databaseses and can write effective SQL queries
- You are familiar with test driven development
- You care about the little details and don’t give up until the task is 100% complete
Highly desirable:
- You have publish at least one app in the App Store
- You are familiar with the PhotoKit framework on iOS
- You have experience creating web applications with Node or Ruby on Rails
